Is there an innocent party in the Palestinian state tussle? Nope. Can low down money-grubbing possibly get any seedier? Sure. Does C.A.T. now mean D.O.G.? Probably!
Peace seekers are forever hampered in their laudable efforts by the fact that there’s very little profit in it for speculators both big and small. Shareholders in companies like British Gas (BG) don’t like to think of themselves as complicit in the murders of Palestinians, they have enough of a nest egg to spread their investments, they claim to be liberal at heart but a tendency to view things in black and white bears scrutiny.
Guilt by ommission is a tricky stance, disregarding how the investee actually makes their dividend is as good as putting a gun in the hands of pension fund managers and clued-up grandmothers alike. Hardworking, mostly conservative Germans once claimed they knew nothing about concentration camps and nobody believed them but small speculators in the growing frenzy for Middle East hydro-carbons can be forgiven their total ignorance, they watch BBC News, read the broadsheets and swallow it all.
The stage was set long ago and it’s a very typical Hollywood epic; Return of the Hebrews – Part 54. Today’s players from Central Casting have quite a job on their hands, some acts are always hard to follow. With the death of Arafat, Abbas took up the mantle to lead ‘hiz peepol’ but it’s one gaffe after another and progress at snailspace keeps everyone mired in a political sh*tstorm of biblical proportions, Mossad adding in Hamas and Hezbollah spoiled the broth to bloody perfection.
But in the dark, everybody does business with everyone, cash has no nation, loyalty or conscience, as we grownups know too well. The phoney rift between Obama and Bibi plays well to the un-initiated and keeps TV viewers returning to the contrived narrative but some of us see only plunder and conquest as the endgame. And we’re not alone, the Turks and their flotillas have opened eyes worldwide, continuing US support for Israel’s shenanigans on the High Seas begs for a bitter denouement in this twisted power play. They already sink Gazan fishing boats so no surprises anywhere.
Opinions are a dime-a-dozen online but some websites stand out for their courage to report facts without implanting propaganda in the mix. Anyone remotely interested in this subject would do well to visit Global Research to read this and that. For those without the time, we’re glad to inform you that British Gas got the hell out of Dodge!

[...] Palestinians are the perennial losers in the soap opera, their purported rescuers being well-meaning people manipulated to service a media treatment instead of a political cure. So long as the conversation remains in the realm of nationalistic issues, dark forces can safely steer the global press clear of their test-drilling operations off Gaza’s coastline. A king’s ransom in natural gas is rumoured to be extractable each day from that zone so expect more inane talk of human struggle and ethnic strife and nothing at all about liquid cash! [...]
